About International Shipping

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for detailed information. When customs clearance procedures are required it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International Shipping Fees

Making a single order rather than multiple orders will save you money for items with a shipping fee, as items with the same shipping fee will not increase no matter how many you purchase!

When purchasing a Hawaiian Dress with a shipping fee of [$6.10], whether you order 1 or 5 pieces, the shipping fee will still be [$6.10].
*Please note the highest shipping fee of your ordered items will be charged.

Exampe 2)
If you purchase a Hawaiian dress with a shipping fee of [$3.00] and an Hawaiian dress with a shipping fee of [$6.10], no matter how many of each you purchase, the shipping fee will still be [$6.10].

Exchange & Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days upon receiving the package (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).

In preparation for Christmas we are extending the return and exchange policy for anyone wanting to purchase items early. We have extended the return and exchange policy to Jan 15th 2020.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. When making an exchange, AlohaOutlet will ship your exchange items free of charge.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. AlohaOutlet is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

How to Exchange or Return

Please contact AlohaOutlet by logging into My Account

  1. Go to My Account from here or click on “My Account” located at the top left corner of the page.
  2. Login with your e-mail and password.
  3. Click the “Detail/Inquiry” (Blue Button), According to your order number.
  4. At the bottom of the screen, please contact us by using the form under “Order Inquiry” with the following information:
    • Your Full Name
    • Order Number
    • Returning Product Name and Size
    • Reason for the return/exchange. If it is an exchange, please provide the item name and size of the product you wish to exchange to.

If you purchased using GUEST CHECKOUT the return policy is the same however we ask that you contact us by replying to the confirmation email or contacting our customer service team directly at 808-922-0537.

Additional Information on Exchanges

Contacting AlohaOutlet will allow the customer to be aware of the availability of the items and approximate time period before the exchange process.

If the exchange products are available, we will charge you for the exchange items and the package will be shipped out as soon as possible to provide you quicker service.

Return Refund Information

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card/other payment method within 1-2 business days upon receiving your package. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the credit to show up on your credit card account.

How to Cancel Order/Item(s)

If your order/item(s) have NOT been shipped, you can request for a cancel by phone or via e-mail by going through the following steps:

  1. Click on “My Account” located at the top left corner of the page.
  2. Login with your e-mail and password.
  3. Click the “Detail/Inquiry” (Blue Button), According to your order number.
  4. Please click the “Cancel” link according to the item(s) you would like to request a cancel.

Exchange/Return at Waikiki Store

Please contact us 3 days before you visit our Waikiki store to process returns or exchanges in store.
Please bring the packing list included in your order when you exchange/return at the store.
Return goods without Order No. (on the top right corner of the packing list) will not be accepted.
Refunds will be done to the same credit card/payment method used at time of purchase.
Exchanges will be prepared ahead of time. Items cannot be exchanged for in store items.
